FAQ's about aneufit

Aneufit_Man_Red.png

I AM ACTIVE AND WORK OUT NOW, DO I NEED THIS?
Yes, our program is designed to be a supplement to your fitness routine. Everyday movements and traditional exercise do not challenge your body to its full capacity and range of motion but aneufit will.

WHY aneufit?
aneufit will help you to regain lost movement abilities. Your body was designed to move in a wide range of directions and motions.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

We recommend 24 classes 2 or 3 times a week. Research shows that consistent exercise has the greatest benefit especially when learning new movements. Please Inquire if you would like to explore shorter programs.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
Aging affects every sensory system in the body. Our program is designed to improve the systems that decline with age. We do this through specialized movement sequencing. Our program incorporates balance, proprioception, groundwork, cognitive training, strength, locomotion, and reaction time. Movements are designed to allow your body to gain the biggest impact and build necessary skills over time.  We settle for nothing but the best.

YOUR PROGRAM IS EXPENSIVE. WHY?
It costs an average of $50,500/ patient in direct medical costs from a hip fracture. More than 95% of hip fractures are caused by falling. This cost calculated over 10 years breaks down to $420.90/month. Our 12-week group programs are much less than this.

Jennifer holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is specialized in wearable tech. She is driven by a passion to help older adults remain independent. Her life was shaped by the close relationship she had with her grandparents, three of whom lived into their 90’s. This exposed her to the many stages of aging. Her journey through the aging process shaped her drive to solve one of the biggest challenges she experienced, preventing decline due to lack of movement.
