Group Training

Our programs are designed specifically for each group. The skill level and endurance of members is taken into account and we can modify exercises as needed. Repetition, sequencing of movements, and complexity of movement all may vary.

Group Training will focus on general physical preparedness guidelines. That includes but is not limited to the following:
 

  • Foot Strength

  • Leg Strength

  • Balance

  • Core Training

  • Range of Motion of key structures: ankle, hip and thoracic spine.

  • Areas we can improve specific to you to enhance performance.

  • Jumping (don't worry there are plenty of options no matter who you are).

  • Learning tools to build self efficacy so you can get to your goals with or without us.
